The Bishop Museum, founded in 1889, is a history and science museum found in Kalihi District in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii. It is currently the largest museum in the entire state and also houses the largest collection of Polynesian cultural artifacts and natural history specimens in the entire world.

The museum was built for and named after Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the wife of the co-founded of the First Hawaiian Bank, Charles Reed Bishop. The museum consists of the two noblest buildings in Honolulu, the Hawaiian Hall and the Polynesian Hall, which have also been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Bishop museum has a gallery as well as several exhibits and a huge library catered to several subjects including entomology, anthropology, zoology, music, botany and more. Another building was also opened in 2005 which has become an interactive center for children to learn about marine science, volcanology and other related subjects.
