The Front Street, which was considered among the Top Ten Greatest Streets by the American Planning Association, is where most tourists flock because of the lineup of dining and entertainment establishments. Lahaina is most visited during Halloween with crowds reaching up to 30,000. During this time, the Front Street is closed to cars and a “Keiki Parade” of children and adults in costume is held.
